About the Course

Managing neurodiversity well is one of the most impactful things a manager can do  and one of the least taught. This three-hour training gives managers, coaches and people professionals the knowledge, language and practical tools to create genuinely inclusive workplaces.  You will leave with a clear understanding of seven neurodivergent conditions and how they show up at work, your legal duties under the Equality Act 2010, how to have adjustment and disclosure conversations with confidence, and how to build the kind of psychological safety that means people actually feel safe enough to ask for support. Built on 1,200+ hours of coaching neurodivergent adults, this training is practical, legally grounded and immediately applicable  whether you are managing a team, supporting clients, or working in HR and people operations.

Meet your Instructor

Hi, I’m Kim To, your guide on this transformative journey. As a Certified ADHD Coach, neurodiversity entrepreneur, and AI innovator, I bring over 1,000 hours of coaching experience — much of it dedicated to supporting late-diagnosed ADHD women navigating work and identity with courage. I also have lived experience of combined ADHD and dyslexia, which gives me a deeply personal perspective on how brains work differently — and how brilliantly!  Over the past four years, I’ve delivered impactful neuroinclusive training for global organisations, and I’m recognised as a thought leader and Top Voice for neurodiversity innovation on LinkedIn. My mission? To make understanding neurodiversity radically more accessible, inclusive, and practical — especially for managers like you who want to lead with empathy and confidence. This course isn’t just information; it’s a toolkit for creating teams where every mind feels seen and supported. Let’s future-proof your leadership together.
