Meet Your Instructor, Kim To
Kim To is a Certified ADHD coach, neurodiversity consultant, a Top Voice on LinkedIn and founder of Own Your Flair, a coaching and training company supporting neurodivergent individuals and the organisations that work with them. With a background in management consulting and finance, Kim combines analytical thinking with deep empathy and lived experience of neurodivergence, bringing both structure and humanity to her work. Over the past several years, Kim has coached more than 100 people with late ADHD or AuDHD diagnosis (80% people of colour and female/ non-binary) adults and delivered neurodiversity training, workshops, and consulting to organisations including The London School of Economics (LSE), The Open University, Frontier Economics, and other forward-thinking institutions. Her work focuses on helping people better understand how neurodivergent brains function, and how to build environments, systems, and habits that allow those brains to thrive. Kim is known for translating complex neuroscience and lived experience into practical, compassionate strategies that people can actually use in everyday life and work. Her approach is strengths-based, shame-reducing, and grounded in real-world application not just theory. Through this course, Kim brings together her professional expertise, coaching experience, and lived insight to help fellow coaches feel confident, ethical, and truly effective when working with neurodivergent clients.
